DEFENSE / CARRIER SIDE
AI on the claims side since 2014.
Proprietary first-offer engines, opaque claim-economics models, internal severity classifiers.
12 years · billions in priced reserves
Insurance carriers have priced claims with proprietary AI since 2014. Plaintiff attorneys have priced the same cases with Verdict Search lookups and institutional memory. Predict Law is the pricing instrument the plaintiff side has been missing.
Predict Law gives plaintiff personal injury attorneys a defensible, jurisdiction-tuned case value before they take the case. The model is gradient-boosted regression trained on 312,000 jury verdicts and reported settlements from 2018 through 2025, with stratified jurisdiction folds and held-out test accuracy of 90–92% on MVA and premises liability. Every prediction ships with a confidence band and a cited comparable-verdict cohort.
The product is a single-tier subscription at $499 a month, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card at signup. The wedge is the solo and small-firm plaintiff PI attorney; the platform extends to the full PI workflow over time.
GuardrailsTeamPlaintiff-only is the trust contract. The proprietary case-outcome dataset flows in one direction only — toward the attorneys fighting for plaintiffs.
Predict Law is built by Mudita Studios in collaboration with plaintiff-side counsel. Founding plaintiff-side advisor: Pat Wilburn — eleven years of plaintiff PI practice before founding Predict, UT Law '14, lives in Austin. The founder essay documents the asymmetry that shaped the product. From there the brand returns to brand-led — the data speaks, the founder recedes.
GTMThree channels:
The marketing site, the free predict-your-case calculator, and the four buying-trigger landing pages. No SDR/BDR, no outbound calls. Self-serve trial, monthly billing, simple pricing.
20% commission on first-year revenue. PI agencies that own attorney relationships at scale become recommended-vendor channels. Partner details →
The annual State of PI Case Valuation report, the Predict blog, jurisdiction case studies, and the methodology disclosure cadence. Predict is the publisher.
This site is the public face of the product. The calculator is the free lead magnet. The methodology is the rigor disclosure. The State of PI report is the annual data authority piece. The founder essay is the one-time public appearance from Pat. The blog is the ongoing publication cadence. The trial signup is the conversion path; the demo is the path for attorneys who want to see it on a real case before committing to a trial week.
ContactThe fastest path is the 14-day free trial — sign up and we'll book the onboarding call. For partner inquiries, the partner page has the program details and the contact form. For press, the founder essay is the public-record version of the product origin. We don't do podcast circuits or conference panels; the brand-led GTM is by design.
14-day free trial. No credit card at signup. Defensible, jurisdiction-tuned numbers before week two.
